Cardio training causes the heart, lungs and circulatory system to work harder to support working muscles.  Intense cardio exercise is proven to be the best form of exercise for people with Parkinson's. 


Consistent aerobic training improves coordination between the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.  When physically challenged, these organ systems become more efficient.  Boxing helps to reduce stress, decrease fatigue and slow the progression of PD symptoms.
